15-DLX Shuttle Blister Sealer

The Model 15-DLX is the latest generation of two station shuttle heat sealers. It features improved operating efficiencies, heavier-duty frame, new roller slide tray system which requires less floor space than previous models. Operators love the quick tool changeover, made in seconds, and the low friction slide trays. Low cost tooling which may be used on other Zed automated sealers such as the 15-RS seal carded blister packs, medical trays, clinical trial, and a variety of other packages.This unit is typically used for conventional carded blisters but can also be used in applications utilizing Tyvek, foils, thin plastic and laminated film lid stock.
