15-111 In-line Blister Sealer

The 15-111-A is an automatic inline heat sealer designed specifically for high volume packaging applications. This inline design provides convenient height work stations (no platforms), spacious access from both sides of the machine, and an expandable work area. Features include a servo index system and a precision four-post heat seal press with ground platens and long bushings to ensure parallelism. A touch screen operator interface panel allows for fast set-up or adjustment of operating parameters. This machine is also available in expanded widths or extended lengths to accommodate the addition of automatic feeders or additional product loaders. Ideal for packaging such as clinical trials, child resistant, pharmaceutical, medical packaging, carded blisters, clamshells and many more.
