SF Series Pressure Thermoformer

Zed SF Series ultra high-speed, servo-driven pressure formers are designed for applications that require high-volume production and precision punch-type trimming of parts such as plates, bowls, trays, lids, cups, etc. State-of-the-art servo-motor technology provides continuous forward motion control for forming platers, trim platers and film index. These thermoforming systems feature a precision die-cutting press that uses punch & die-type tooling. Extremely fast cycle speeds, up to 50 gm, are achievable.
